I was confused too in the beginning and wondering how notebook is different from laptop; so I asked their customer service. They told me the main difference is that laptop is comes more close to a regular desktop customer. Laptops have CD and DVD drives along with bigger hard drive, etc. Notebooks is mostly for simple web browsing and file document organizer. I just recently bought a dell laptop from their website.
